When I bought this item the ground was still frozen so I didn't install it right away. Then, of course, things are forgotten during storage. I finally installed this product over the weekend. I will update this review if there are any changes. Installation was easy. Less than 5 minutes and it was installed. I like having a carabiner as I can easily detach the line while mowing and then just clip it back in. My old zip tie got rusty causing the line to get stuck and I had to remove the entire zip tie (what a pain). I hope I don't have any rust issues with the snap hook (fingers crossed). The swivel moves easily. My dog definitely tested his sharpness while hunting wild rabbits and he turned with it without getting stuck. I feel a little calmer when my dog is outside. He's not a big dog. Just a 30 pound Shiba Inu. However, he untied his previous zip ties by pulling them right out of the ground. I had neighbors who carried it home (what they jokingly called the dog walk of shame). Remember, my dog doesn't go outside for long. He just minds his own business and comes back. BUT on a good day he wants to stay out for another 20-30 minutes. Now I won't keep checking the windows wondering if he escaped again.
