Better than I thought
I bought it because of the large plastic parts but ended up using the small metal finger massagers more. Only one broke from me when I went too far behind my thumbs, but it was more my fault for pushing it to the limit. Great for thumbs up after too much texting and writing reviews :). I just leave it on my thumb for about a minute to apply constant pressure to one spot, and then roll it over the entire finger a few times. Good relief for a while.
