Ok this boat is fast! i absolutely love it, i kept trying to get a good video of it on the lake but it whipped by so fast that the video was blurry.Originally i bought this boat for my 10 yr old son for his birthday.He was so happy when he opened it and saw what it was. We wanted to try it out right away but you are supposed to charge the batteries first.Once we knew it was fully charged the next day we took it down to the lake to test it out.It takes a bit to get used to the controls but after a while its so easy to learn. The boat is so fast that i was afraid that it was going to get too far away from us and we would lose control of it.I definitively recommend this boat for ages 12 and up.We love all things remote control so we were more familiar with what to do, but i do recommend that you read all the instructions before operating and test run in a smaller body of water until you get the hang of the controls.
