tl;dr: Size up if you need to, the ankle strap will keep it on your foot, but the shoe itself does run large. That (secure ankle strap, wide enough toe box while keeping the toe pointed) and the block heel make these shoes extremely comfortable.I almost NEVER review anything, but this was good enough that I had to. I have mild to moderate bunions and mallet toe on both feet due to hypermobility, which also causes my feet to be very flat. Almost all shoes are some degree of uncomfortable for me.I bought the rose gold metallic, and while I wouldn't call these the most comfortable shoes ever -- they are heels after all -- they are definitely the most comfortable heels I've ever worn to a formal event. I have literally NEVER gone through a night in "formal" heels without stumbling home in agony at the end, but I didn't even think about pain in my feet once the entire event, even after dancing!IMO this is because the block heel supports your foot and the ankle strap ensures your toes don't squish forward into the toe of the shoe, which in turn allows you to size up if you need to. This shoe does run a bit large, but the ankle strap made it comfortable to wear, and the size of the toe box is great.
