This is probably the second or third review I've written and I love it so much I felt compelled to write it. I've worked in all types of restaurants, from huge resort kitchens with tons of airflow to tiny kitchens with broken hoods. I've worked in places where there was a salt streak on the sweat cap after a day or so, but this cap fixed that. The mesh is open enough to keep you cool, but closed enough to keep hair and sweat out. Even when I shaved my head for the summer, the inner band kept the sweat from dripping off my head. I'm not kidding I love this hat so much I have several for hiking and fishing. Looks good, feels good, fits well and I wear it almost every day now.
