27-34 ordered and 35-41 received. It was at least 10 inches longer, but the seller was kind enough to include a hole punch with these straps, along with instructions on how to shorten the straps. Life goes on. We still love this belt very much and would recommend it to friends. UPDATE: I cut the strap a little shorter than I'd like, so I'm giving advice I made up with hindsight. If the strap is too long, ask the wearer to put it on, mark where you want the tail to end, and then measure from that mark to the end of the strap. This measurement will tell you exactly how much to cut off the buckle end of the belt to end up with the tail length you want.
