I first bought clear earrings to hide or conceal my doctor's office piercing. Now that I've received them and switched from silver to clear, my ears don't hurt anymore. After changing my pair I found that they were lightweight and very easy to change. Maybe I'll sleep better tonight because I've really gotten over the pain of solid metal earrings and they feel like (semi)rigid flexible plastic. They're definitely pain relievers, so I'm grateful for that. They are still visible, but not from afar. My twin asked if I had a nose ring (and I did) so that's a good sign. Would definitely buy again.
