It's great for a beginner to be honest.
The budding artist uses many materials and none of them are cheap. This was great as the little ones help avoid wasting more ink than the faux leather can't hold. I really appreciate being able to refill the small cap instead of wasting what is left in the standard cap. If you're learning how to apply eye ink, this is a great option.
