I have used this chair a lot, it is NOT comfortable. The crossbars in front under the hips get in the way. It is almost impossible to sit in it without touching these bars with your feet, so after 15 minutes your legs start to hurt. I used a cooler in front of the chair to put my feet up to make it more comfortable. The back of the chair looks like it supports your head, but it simply reclines and your head and neck are not supported. After watching a soccer game or playing softball, my back is killing me. Not to mention how difficult it is to get back in the bag. For 75€ I expected a little more. I'm going to throw this chair in the trash and buy another brand. Don't waste your money on a lousy chair.
