If you like HUGE buns.

I thought this would replace the mat rolling process, specifically making the rollers tighter. nope Impossible to squeeze it firmly without making a HUGE roll to fill the tray so it can be squeezed which changes the ratio of the ingredients so the flavors change. The knife and the cutting guide work well.
