Excellent illumination. The flexible material that houses the lights flexes slightly up and down, but not left or right as much, so you'll have to play around with the twists a bit. Colors are bright. I prefer the fade mode, where the colors fade into each other gracefully (see video - note it was filmed at dusk; the colors only got better as the evening got darker). Plan your installation before you begin. Unroll the entire strip and leave in the sun to warm up for added flexibility before beginning. Pick up clips of the right size (I didn't use tape); The ones I used were too small but still worked well. The power cord that goes to the light strip is NOT waterproof. So be careful where and how you store it when not in use. Otherwise these lights are TOP!
