I give 4 stars because it looks nice in the picture and my sister buys when she says she already has the same type but a different color. But for me I don't know exactly what the texture and quality is like because it wasn't used or ripped out of the box before I sent it back to Kohl's. As it is no longer needed I didn't bother to take the lid off the packaging to see what it looks like because it's not for me, it's a gift for my sister who is about to conception stands. I sent this baby nanny hanging pack back to Kolya the next day. So I can't say much about whether it looks normal or not, but my sister says the previous one she already has at home looks nice too.
