Review on Portable Personal Neckband Rechargeable Adjustment by Joshua Flake

I bought 2 of these for a family vacation to Disney World Orlando in July. You wonder why anyone would do that to themselves in this heat and humidity. RIGHT question. Regardless of the reason, I bought these personal fans hoping they would bring at least some relief. Well, my expectations were fully justified. It was MUCH better than expected. They've kept me cool even in humid conditions in the 90's (especially at the highest speed of the three). I wore mine for at least 6 hours and the battery lasted the whole time. Totally worth buying.
