Review on Pantum P2500W: Compact Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer for Black and White Printing by Luke Hodes

I bought a P2500W printer for the first time. The first time I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi when I called tech support. The support guy drove and gave directions. I could clearly hear the background noise. He couldn't do any more than I had already done myself. When I got the call the next day the other guy told me they needed a senior tech support person because he had no idea. My printer is a basic model without additional functions! He was unable to reach the senior support person but advised me to email! Nobody could tell me when and how he would contact me. DO NOT BUY PANTUM. IT OFFERS TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW WHY AMAZON ALLOWS YOU TO USE THEIR PLATFORM.
