my medical massage therapist has been using the same for 14 years and it is in excellent condition so I bought it to sleep in at night. However, my hypersensitive hollows of the knees didn't withstand the desired hardness, which still gives some feedback. Not much, but a little It's not hard, but not soft, like in a pillow, like softness, or like memory foam, like softness. So I have recommended it to those who use it either at work or during the day and also for those who are sturdier than me it would be so excellent to use as it is so durable that it will last as long as it is designed to my therapist, it's amazing.
