The first looked used, the second broke after a week

At first the packaging of the item itself looked damaged, then I opened the box and the item looked like it had already been used. So they sent me a replacement...the box of the second one was damaged again but this time the item didn't seem to have been used. Worked great for a week and now it doesn't work at all even when fully charged. This is a cheap product and it shows when you open and use it. Don't even think about buying it.
