I was very excited when my package arrived a day early but was ultimately disappointed when the UV lamp didn't come on. I checked to make sure I connected it properly and everything but the lamp still wouldn't come on. If you look closely at the lamp you can see scratches on the back and the cord is a little frayed as if it has been used before. I wouldn't mind scratches, but the lamp just won't turn on. I received this package yesterday and opened it this morning. This left me disappointed. UPDATE After my first review, the seller contacted me and offered to send me a new lamp for free. Delivered in a few days, everything works! Dries well, timer settings work, came as a gift. The product is good for the price.
