Review on 🏋️ Enhance Stability and Support with ACE Adjustable Knee Strap by Rick Gondoras

These belts are great! My knees always hurt a lot after playing volleyball. Because of all the jumps. Tried them and they really helped. To my surprise. I hardly notice them under my volleyball knee pads. This is a newer/updated version. The old version with a red tag and a thicker cord was not suitable for volleyball. They still helped with my knee pain. The problem with the original/older version was that the cord was too thick to fit under my volleyball knee pads. The reason I mention this was because looking at the reviews I saw people mentioning both versions. I didn't wear them much for running. I plan to use them when playing softball this season.
