I hate the plastic silicone strap that comes with Fitbit watches - hot and ugly. This band came with tools for its size - 15 minutes will take your time. Sizing is the standard method so you can do it, but you can also take it to a watch shop if you prefer and a professional will measure it in 3 minutes. Easy to put on, looks much better with my luxury watch. You can resize it so that it's loose enough for comfort but tight enough for the sensors to work properly. The gold color matches my watch, and the pleasant matte champagne color doesn't stand out. The only thing I would ask is that the manufacturer also makes a slim version that is tapered to reduce overall bandwidth. A mesh version would be great too - I would buy both.
