I've only ever purchased this diaper rash cream through amazon, and perhaps its because this item gets shipped in unregulated temperatures, but the cream has separated in every single tube I've received. I want to like this product more, because of its simple ingredients, fragrance-free and friendliness for cloth diapers, but the product separation is a problem for me. Sometimes the separation is so intense that its nearly impossible to squeeze out of the tube because the solids have become so hard in separation from the oils. massaging the tube doesn't really do the trick either. I will say that the cream is effective for diaper rash, but I will be trying others because of the separation.
