"New " does not have to be new.
The shoes I ordered came in a damaged box...no release paper...ribbons around the tassels on one shoe only...form paper on one shoe only. The shoes were stuffed into a bag. Apparently they were returned by another buyer. I returned them.
Pros
- Great shoes. Was nervous about ordering 1/2 size smaller. It took about three socks to walk in. Happy with the purchase.
Cons
- The sole is non-slip and poses a hazard in wet or slippery conditions.
