Review on Cramer by William Fowler

I like how they use their own platform to connect with customers through social media as well as email marketing campaigns in order get feedback from them about what products/services are best suited towards your target audience so you can make sure it meets all of those needs! It's very easy to navigate around using this software which is great if you're new or have never used any kind of CRM before! The only thing would be having some sort of an FAQ section where users could ask questions directly without needing anyone else involved (like via twitter). There might also need to be better support available at times too when problems do arise because not everyone knows everything there is to know regarding these kinds of programs - especially since we live our lives online nowadays anyway :) So far my experience has been good but i'm still learning alot along the way though :D Getting people engaged by sharing information such as offers etc., getting responses back quickly enough after sending out emails & keeping track of communication.
