I have been wearing Puma flip flops faithfully for 5 years because they are very comfortable. They changed the texture of the insole to small circles and no longer have good arch support, so the comfort has dropped significantly. They are no longer soft, fluffy and supportive, they are now flat, hard and uncomfortable. It's hard to say goodbye to a product you love, but it's time to move on if Puma doesn't care about its quality control or cut corners now to save money.
