Review on Xponent Employer Solutions by Shigg Bigbee

I like how easy it was for me as an employee, with no prior experience of using this software system, to use the program and get up & running quickly - without having any training or assistance from other employees who had used it before! There were some difficulties getting started but once we did that things went very smoothly. The benefits are many; being able to have my payroll done faster than if we hired outside help (which costs money), less paper work needed because everything is entered into one database rather than several different systems which saves time/resources when entering data multiple times each month. The ease of use, speed at which information is delivered to us as well as the support staff we have had contact with over our time here. There are no downsides that I can identify. We needed an easy way for employees or applicants who were working remotely but could not access their HR data to be able to submit it online via mobile devices such as smartphones & tablets. It was simple once setup (and took about 3 days).
