I sit at the computer almost all day and all night every day and this chair is very comfortable. Not only is the seat padding well padded, the back support I get from this chair is amazing. My last one has been out of balance for a few weeks and supports my back and pillow but this one is still sturdy. The armrests are infinitely adjustable and can be raised or lowered depending on body size. The headrest is also infinitely adjustable. It can be raised or lowered and also tilted to adjust it to where you want it. This chair sits much higher than my other one, which is great for me because I no longer feel like I'm looking at my computer. Wheels are the highlight of this chair. My floor in my office is far from smooth and with them they roll on my floor like it doesn't mean anything. During meetings, I can move to grab documents without worrying about wheels getting stuck on the tile floor. That being said, if I want to stop where I am, they will stop and stay where I am until I'm ready to move again. The only problem I find with this chair is when I recline it is so comfortable that sometimes I want to take a nap. When it comes to sitting for a long time, this chair is perfect for it.
