This product allows me to massage myself, reach hard-to-reach areas, improve circulation, and relieve pain and discomfort. I gave one to my 85 year old young father who uses it to improve circulation as he has diabetes. I also gave one to my cross country nephew to help his legs prepare and recover for competition. He is showing the best results since using the rink.
