These masks are very soft on the outside and have a velvety feel. I have children's surgical masks of different brands for my daughter and I have never felt so soft. In addition, these are three-layer masks, they feel the same thickness as others, the laces are well attached to the mask, they do not break when pulled. What I don't like about these masks is the packaging, I understand they're not meant for medical masks, but they come in an unprotected pouch, a zipper that you don't notice if it's already been opened, and also a pouch has two small holes at the bottom which do not protect the contents from contamination. I'd like to believe that nobody tampered with the contents of the bag, but if it makes you paranoid, you already know.
