I have ordered this product twice. With my first order I was so happy with the product that I gave away the remaining 4 packs for Christmas. The towel was soft, the microfiber almost stuck to my hands, it was so soft. It dried my hair effectively and left me beautiful waves. I repurchased the same item this week and am disappointed. The towels arrived on time but when I opened the first one I was greeted by a strong odor that suggested a factory or warehouse. I'm stubborn though, which is why I used it. The "microfiber" was stiff and held its shape when I hung it in the bathroom before bathing. The fabric wasn't soft, nor did it feel like it almost stuck to my hands, leading me to believe that at least one towel in a four-pack wasn't actually microfiber. When I wanted to wrap my (long) hair in a towel I ended up having trouble reaching the elastic loop which I never had with the first towel. TL:DR. The first order was of excellent quality. The second order was disappointing.
