Feels good but does not reach top of upper back
I really like the sensation of this pillow. Unfortunately my back problems are concentrated in my upper back and neck, and because of the natural curve of the spine and shoulders, the pillow just does not reach the upper area. I do think it is helping a little and feels relaxing. The neck pillow doesn't apply the same amount of pressure as the rest of the pillow. I think this product would be very useful for someone with mid-lower back pain, enjoy.
- Can be used before or after exercise
- The mat may not be suitable for those with anxiety
