The best feature I like the most about this product is that it offers remote monitoring and viewing of different AV equipment in real time, so it helps me monitor issues quickly and also provides me with detailed information on the issue at hand.I do not mind too much that I have to pay more than needed as long as the benefits are worth it. It is pretty good compared to other products offered in the market. Remote monitoring of many AV equipment is possible thanks to this application and makes my life a lot easier when I am not physically close by an AV device and thus, can't monitor what is going on. I like the ability to see who's using what room, even if they're not logged into the system. There is also an option to check in/out times when someone leaves the room, which helps with tracking meetings. The system doesn't always work properly. Sometimes it takes several tries to get it to connect to the network. It would be nice to have better support staff in the field. We are solving issues such as people staying in the wrong room or leaving before their time is up.
