Review on 🌿 Eco-Friendly Ethique Sampler - Sustainable Beauty Bars for Face and Body, Plastic-Free, Vegan, Compostable, Zero Waste (Hair Sampler) by Vicki Lane

Tried all 3 Ethique samplers. There were both hits and misses, but overall it was a win. At first they all had very faint odors. I'm not a fan of perfumes and it seemed to me that they all smell just wonderful, very natural! (By comparison, I threw out a few Lush products because of the nasty artificial smell.) Second, even the products I wouldn't use every day, I expect to buy for travel. Going through the TSA without a liquid is a big deal to me. More details: - facial cleanser - very gentle, I liked it, as easy to use as any soap - facial moisturizer - oilier than I like, better at night than during the day. in the morning because it made me super shiny but didn't make me sleepy - face serum - similar but slightly better than moisturizer - face scrub - the only product i hated left a thick waxy residue, threw it away - body cleanser - loved it, too very soft but foaming and cleansing - body cream - ok but a bit waxy - deodorant - good but impractical - generally like the lack of packaging but it didn't work for deodorant, awkward to apply - body lotion - loved it, works initially greasy but absorbs quickly but a small sample was gone after 3 nights - shampoos - only good - my (fine/dry) hair gets greasy faster than regular shampoo, might be better for other hair types - conditioners - very good - works just as well or even better than any liquid conditioner I've tried. One final note: shampoo bars and lotions generally take a little longer to apply (especially if you keep dropping small swatches). So I'm glad I mainly used it in the evenings when I had more time - it might not be a good experiment for those who are in a rush to work/school in the morning.
