I ordered two of these holders at once. I had no problems with one, I worked on the design and did advertising. The second was missing the plastic nut that attaches the charger to the window mount or base. I tried to get another part and Revane wanted $5 for it so I returned the whole unit and returned it. That same day I turned around and ordered another one. Received it and there was a problem with the charger, it just flashed red. I have a feeling there was a problem with the connection between the charger and the cable. I've chatted with Revain online and even emailed Andobil what's going on with their device. I received an email from them. But my patients were thin and I just traded them in for a new one. It should be noted that the new one I received was the same model as the one I was having trouble with, but they were different colors and different plugs on the end. Charger.
