I asked a professional radio shop to install the system, the information said I can connect an iPhone or Android via USB. I've tried both, but every time I click on that option while connected to the phone, I get kicked out and start behaving for a while. (Labeled as "TECH SUPPORT" they advised when the phone freezes out of USB connection because the phone is incompatible with the system.) Also when I try to watch a movie the radio freezes at some point, so Do I have to turn the car off and on again to reset the radio. The screen doesn't work or also freezes and doesn't let me do anything to select another option. The only thing that works halfway is Bluetooth. But I only bought this product because I needed to see the GPS on the screen when connected to a phone that wasn't working. I didn't come back because I would have to pay twice as much to remove the radio, then pay again to buy something else and pay again to put it back in more when I don't have time.
