I bought these shampoos with the intention of using them on vacation, car trips and camping. When I first ordered I had no intention of making them my permanent shampoo. It's amazing stuff and it's now my go-to shampoo! It's so nice to have a strip in the shower that I can use as both a shampoo and a soap. I no longer need 3+ bottles (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc.)! The first time I used virgin coconut and argan oil. It foams well when rubbed a little. After rinsing, the hair is a bit, how should I put it, weighed down? It's not as silky as if you added a leave-in conditioner. BUT it's easy to brush when it's and when it dries it's very soft, light and silky smooth! Wonderful! Since then I've tried the Tea Tree & Hemp Oil bar; works great too. For my hair, I didn't notice a big difference between the two strips and the dryness of my hair. Just for reference, I have long blonde hair below my shoulders. So this works great on long hair. After using this product for a week or two and telling him how good it is, my girlfriend decided to give it a try. She said it was amazing! She has fine hair and said it was very easy to comb out after a shower and normal shampoos never did that well. Then, when they were dry, she said her hair had never been lighter and thicker. Now she has changed too! Don't let the initial wet hair feeling put you off this product. It's not some chemical crap in a bottle that's stuffed in to keep hair straight when it's wet. Let your hair dry and then you will see how amazing it is! If you're the kind of person who needs to keep your hair silky smooth when wet, use some sort of conditioner after shampooing. I haven't felt the need to do this and I think the less crap I put on my hair the better. The stripes also seem to last quite a while. I have at least 10 uses of a Virgin Coconut & Argan Oil bar and seem to have about 3/4 left. All in all, if you're thinking about it, give it a try!
