Review on Digital iD by John Ghattamaraju

The customer service has been great with all my questions and queries, they are always there for us. They are always willing to listen to our needs and provide solutions. I have no complaints about the product as it works really well and does what we need it to do! We have not used any other products so cannot compare them but I will say that this one seems to be better than others. It has helped us in solving some problems that we had with our current system. A lot of times when we send out emails or send out invoices to customers, sometimes they don't get through and we end up having to chase them. This helps solve that problem because we can track where the email went and if it was opened and if it did not go through, we know why. We also use it to keep our accounts up to date with all the transactions that happen each month.
