The plastic is a bit flimsy and cheap but not bad for the price. Storage is a great idea but a bit awkward to play. The top is heavy for a toddler so you will have to open it up and lower the entire unit for her. It is better to keep them in a separate box. The chairs are small. my 2 year old is perfect right now and our 1 year old will be sitting and playing too. But our four year old, who will be using the Lego side of the table top, doesn't fit the table. He's tiny.
