Light itself is bright, filters are useful but lens mounts snap into place. For this reason it is not very safe. Your GoPro stays securely attached to the mount and the light attaches to the handle, but the mounts are snap-on and the connection between the light and the Go Pro needs to be more secure. I had a spare strap on my GoPro on my wrist. While diving and getting back to the boat (swell and heavy diving gear) I slammed my hand on the ladder. I guess my pro must have caught something but the pro left immediately. I hold the grip (still with the mount) but the GoPro and flashlight dangle from a strap attached to my wrist. I would have lost it if I hadn't been too careful. Neewer should have built-in attachments, not snap-on. I will never use this dive light again.
