The ability to see your customers account information without having to go into our system was great! It also helped us track orders that had been placed with them by another vendor and then later cancelled or refunded. We didn't like they did not have an API so we couldn't use it as part of integrating directly with Salesforce. I would definitely look at doing this integration however if you are serious about using repeatrewards instead of going through multiple vendors it's worth looking at. This feature allowed us to pull customer data from other platforms such as Hubspot which made tracking leads much easier than before.
