We can create any report we want with this software without needing a developer or a specific knowledge about how it works. I like that you don't need much training to use it. It's easy to use for anyone who has basic computer skills. We have been able to generate reports and dashboards for our clients and then send them the links to access their own reports so they can share them with their team. Also, it makes it easier for customers to navigate to different parts of the website using just one link. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes it takes too long to load. However, this is probably because there are many users using it at once. Overall, it's very useful for creating reports and dashboards. We have been able to build custom reports for our clients and make them available for them to view as well.
