The best part about this software is that it has a very simple to use interface, which makes it easy for even non-technical users to understand how it works. I don't like the fact that you cannot export your reports in different formats. You can only choose between Excel or CSV format. It's also not possible to have multiple tabs within one report. First off - i am impressed with the quality of the UI/UX, which was extremely important for us. I love how clean it is and how simple it is to use. It has a nice level of customization and has a lot of different tools available.
