XoroLMS is a cloud based labor management solution which integrates with existing WMS, ERP, and Payroll systems to automate the cumbersome data-crunching process and provides one platform to define, measure and track Individual productivity as well as KPIs in real time. XoroLMS is fmedium to large scale warehousing and distribution companies who are looking to reduce costs and improve productivity of their labor-intensive operation.

Great Timekeeping software with excellent Customer Service

It's quick, easy to implement once you know how it works. There isn't much configuration other than configuring your employees for each position that they will be filling out there profile for. We were able to use an excel sheet to add our different positions and submits them into xorolms without any major issues at all. I wish we could have used google spreadsheets instead of having to input everything manually! This has helped us cut down on paperwork when adding new hires or updating records

  • Very simple interface
  • Quick response times with support team
  • Easy navigation between screens/forms in program
Cons
  • Takes longer then expected sometimes while logging hours.
  • Not intuitive enough
  • Timecard errors are difficult if not impossible fix during logon process
  • No ability make changes immediately after submission such as corrections before submitting again (i think this is fixed now)

Great alternative in absence of legacy applications

When used together Xorolms+Ovation it gives us control over many aspects like shift schedules, payrolls etc.. This allows for flexibility we otherwise had not previously been able get from our previous HR system vendors (ADT/Paychex.) There will always be something more you could want or need out there but I haven't found that here yet so far! We have realized significant savings through this change.- better scheduling - improved accuracy & reporting/accessibility overall- ease transferring…

Great User Friendly Software For Remote Workforce

This was originally set up for our business, but it has since been extended to other departments within the organization so now we use it across multiple divisions. It's very easy to adapt from a traditional business model to an online model. Very userfriendly, simple to navigate. Nothing really. A bit slow at times but this can be improved with a few tweaks. We have used Xorolms for several years now and we couldn't be happier.

It has been a pleasure to work with the entire XoroLMS team over the past year. They have made the transition from Concept to Productive very smooth. Not only do they help us get a grasp of our business processes, but they make it simple to change them when necessary. They provide detailed analysis and suggestions on how to improve efficiencies, automate processes, etc. I would recommend anyone considering the purchase of an LMS system to look no further. I have worked with multiple vendors
