This was originally set up for our business, but it has since been extended to other departments within the organization so now we use it across multiple divisions. It's very easy to adapt from a traditional business model to an online model. Very userfriendly, simple to navigate. Nothing really. A bit slow at times but this can be improved with a few tweaks. The reporting functionality is basic, not great. You do need some technical knowledge to be able to create your own reports. I'd recommend using Zapier to connect and pull information from other applications if you're looking to do more than just get basic report info. We've solved problems by allowing staff to work remotely and reducing travel time.
