It's quick, easy to implement once you know how it works. There isn't much configuration other than configuring your employees for each position that they will be filling out there profile for. We were able to use an excel sheet to add our different positions and submits them into xorolms without any major issues at all. I wish we could have used google spreadsheets instead of having to input everything manually! This has helped us cut down on paperwork when adding new hires or updating records about current ones. It's easy to use for our warehouse staff. They can easily navigate through the system and it's also very efficient for our managers to track everything from timecards to payroll. The customer service has been very helpful when we have had issues. I would like to see more training options for our employees and an easier way to import information for new hires. We're able to manage all aspects of employee time and attendance, and pay them accordingly.
