Enterprise Crystal Ball Review

The tool is easy to use both to develop new reports as well as for updating existing ones. It provides me with all I need to manage my crystal ball for reports that require my department to have access to historical performance data from previous years. I dont like how it doesnt seem to be able to pull up the past year's results even though its been updated. This makes it hard to perform yearly evaluations. I have used ECB several times for different projects during my career as both developer/consultant with companies like Oracle Corp., SAP AG etc. It has been very useful tool especially when one needs accurate info about elements of system or component parts that are needed by customer requirements which can be stored within the ECB itself. The only thing i would say it might look outdated if you compare new versions from today where there should not much problem since ECW does support JDK 1.7…

The best part about ECB software for us was that it enabled our staffs across different time zones of India. It helped them work easily from their respective locations without having any hassle or delay while sharing information with each other through emails.
