It helped them work easily from their respective locations without having any hassle or delay while sharing information with each other through emails. I would say this tool has been very useful since we are able to provide effective services at faster pace than before as well as save money by reducing manual efforts required otherwise which can be done manually only once but not multiple times per day/week etc.,.
