Review on Enterprise Crystal Ball by Andrew Gomez

The tool is easy to use both to develop new reports as well as for updating existing ones. It provides me with all I need to manage my crystal ball for reports that require my department to have access to historical performance data from previous years. I dont like how it doesnt seem to be able to pull up the past year's results even though its been updated. This makes it hard to perform yearly evaluations. Its also difficult to find the past year's results when they are not stored in their own section on the tool itself. I would definitely recommend trying this tool out. Its saved our business alot of time and money by allowing us to perform accurate yearly performance reviews of our departments.
