There was a study that showed that Centella 0.2% CONCENTRATE applied topically to rats generally increased cell turnover and improved antioxidant levels in newly formed tissues. This means it didn't need a particularly high level of Centella to work on the skin. However, take this information at your own discretion as this was not the most extensive study ever conducted and I am only providing it to provide insight into Centella's performance itself. USE: I have been using this product for several weeks. and I like to spray it after applying my final step in my skincare routine. It makes me look hydrated and my face feels softer. This is just my personal experience and there may be several other factors why my face appears softer. I wouldn't use it as a tonic either. The term "toner" is used very openly. Sometimes people confuse toners with the purpose of removing excess dirt and makeup from the skin, which is completely wrong. Just use this to refresh your face from time to time. There is no harm in using it unless you are allergic to Centella.
