Okay, just not great
This kettle boils fairly quickly and is quiet, and the keep warm function is useful but doesn't look as good as expected, mainly because of the water droplets that are always present on the glass. Maybe it's the same for all glass walled teapots, I don't know. The bad thing is that you really have to be careful when pouring, especially when it's full. The lid isn't tight, so if you pour at too steep an angle, hot water will spill out from under the lid and out the sides, not just out the spout.
