All Whey + Casein Protein Powder gives me stomach ache soon after drinking it, to the point where I don't normally finish my shake. I'm lactose intolerant and taking lactase pills hasn't helped either. However, I can make 3 Egg Pro Shakes every day and feel perfectly comfortable. I don't know how much more or less effective protein is on paper than whey or casein, but I do know I'm getting more protein with my diet, so it's a win. Stir, don't shake! This protein gets really fluffy when shaken. Fortunately, it mixes very well. My favorite thing to do is mix a scoop and a half with milk and pour it over my muesli in the morning. With protein powder, the taste is much better. Highly recommended for anyone having trouble digesting other types of protein powder.
