I switched from Liquid Grip to this brand as it was a bit cheaper. Switch back after one use. The only good thing about this chalk is that it dries quickly! Also, it hits everything and it doesn't last long. After I deadlifted 5 sets, every weight I touched was white on the handles, the bar was white, and I had almost no chalk on my hands. Also, after drying, it flakes off like chalk. Clap your hands and the chalk will fly everywhere. If you go to a gym that doesn't allow chalk, this thing won't fly.
